Managing Partner
Dina is the founder and the creative engine behind all projects at DZ Design. Widely recognised as one of the top interior designers in the Middle East, she often speaks at design conferences and participates in expert panels, sharing her rich, industry experience.
Dina is also a mentor, deeply committed to nurturing and developing the next generation of designers by sharing her knowledge and wisdom gained through a notable career. With a history at DWP and other international hospitality design firms, she’s honed her skills in crafting design narratives that are both authentic and compelling.
Dina believes in people-first designs and has worked on interior design projects for major hospitality brands like Ramada, Crown Plaza, Radisson Hilton, Le Royal Meridien, Fairmont, Berjaya, Rotana, Movenpick, and Marriott, ensuring her designs meet aesthetic, functional, and emotional needs.
ZAIN BELGAMI
Senior Project Director
Zain, the company co-founder, oversees the commercial and technical aspects of each project and has over 20 years of expertise in design and project management in the Middle East and India.
Zain is an expert in budgeting, cost control, and quality management, having earned extensive expertise while working for the Landmark Group.
His most notable top projects include commercial offices for blue-chip companies, Bank of Baroda, as well as a broad hospitality and retail portfolio that includes Radisson Blu Ajman, Damas, and Landmark Retail.
Furthermore, Zain’s strategic leadership in handling large-scale projects is underscored by his adept ability to integrate innovative design principles with practical project management strategies, ensuring aesthetic and operational excellence across all ventures.
ZAIN BELGAMI
Senior Project Director

MARTIN WOJNOWSKI
Development Director
Martin worked at Aram Contracts, the oldest London designer furniture dealer in the 90s. In 1998, he founded his own designer furniture agency plying FF&E for projects by key London studios such as ARA, Kelly Hoppen, and David Collins. After relocating to Dubai in 2005 Martin has worked international DWP, LW, CRA, and HBA. He had overseen 26 projects throughout the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the United States.
Martin has worked with brands such as: Marriott, Movenpick, IHG, Fairmont, Avani, Rixos, Baglioni, Shangri La, Berjaya, Radisson, Millennium, Rotana, and Langham. on interior design projects for major hospitality brands like Ramada, Crown Plaza, Radisson Hilton, Le Royal Meridien, Fairmont, Berjaya, Rotana, Movenpick, and Marriott, ensuring her designs meet aesthetic, functional, and emotional needs.
