Dina is the founder and the creative engine behind all projects at DZ Design. Widely recognised as one of the top interior designers in the Middle East, she often speaks at design conferences and participates in expert panels, sharing her rich, industry experience. Dina is also a mentor, deeply committed to nurturing and developing the next generation of designers by sharing her knowledge and wisdom gained through a notable career. With a history at DWP and other international hospitality design firms, she’s honed her skills in crafting design narratives that are both authentic and compelling. Dina believes in people-first designs and has worked on interior design projects for major hospitality brands like Ramada, Crown Plaza, Radisson Hilton, Le Royal Meridien, Fairmont, Berjaya, Rotana, Movenpick, and Marriott, ensuring her designs meet aesthetic, functional, and emotional needs.

ZAIN BELGAMI

Zain, the company co-founder, oversees the commercial and technical aspects of each project and has over 20 years of expertise in design and project management in the Middle East and India. Zain is an expert in budgeting, cost control, and quality management, having earned extensive expertise while working for the Landmark Group. His most notable top projects include commercial offices for blue-chip companies, Bank of Baroda, as well as a broad hospitality and retail portfolio that includes Radisson Blu Ajman, Damas, and Landmark Retail.

ZAIN BELGAMI

With more than 14 years of experience in design and project management across the Middle East and India, Zain, born in Chennai as one of eight siblings and now a father of two himself, is at the helm of business development for DZ Design.

Following work at a studio in Bangalore, he moved to the Landmark Group in Dubai, where he spent 10 years and worked on large scale projects including the Landmark Tower and the Oasis Shopping Mall.

Dina first planted the idea of branching out on their own and the couple chose D3 as they wanted to be at the heart of a creative design community.

As a director of the company, Zain holds the demanding role of taking on responsibility for the overall operation and expansion of the firm across the region.

Among his numerous projects are mixed-use, commercial, retail, leisure, F&B, residential and healthcare, all of which he approaches with the same care, attention to detail and with a people-first philosophy.

A key to the company’s success has been repeat clients who trust the practice, a committed team with professionalism at its core, the ability to listen and understand business partners, and an emphasis on showing value in reaching solutions and applying technical and servicing expertise.

These strategies and approaches enable Zain to provide a detailed translation of the ideas and visions of creative teams into buildable solutions, while also ensuring the complete process meets the three most important aspects in any successful design – cost and budget, time and deadlines, and overall quality.

His top projects include the KGA Group Office, JLT, Dubai, the Bloomsbury Café in Bangalore, Emirates Parks & Zoo Resort, the Bank Of Baroda Office and the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman.
