This luxury villa is located in the heart of Dubai with easy access to the main arterial roads. The residence has four spacious bedrooms, a study and two family rooms.

How did we help?

Our client wanted a resort-style look and feel, so our team was tasked to carefully blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas, creating a seamless experience between the two. We custom-designed large bi-fold doors, allowing maximum light to flow into the space. When completely opened during the winter months in Dubai, the living room and outdoor areas will be used as one space.
