DZ Design is pleased to share that Identity recently featured our Co-founder and Design Director, Dina Murali, as part of its profile series highlighting leading figures in the region’s design industry.
The feature explores Dina’s journey from architecture into interior design and her approach to creating thoughtful, people-centred spaces. Originally trained as an architect, Dina found herself drawn to interior design because of its faster pace and the opportunity to see a project evolve from flooring, wiring and HVAC through to the final finishes.
Today, Dina leads the creative direction of DZ Design, a Dubai-based architecture and interior design studio working across hospitality and multi-residential developments in the MENA and African regions. Her design philosophy focuses on spaces that function seamlessly, look beautiful and communicate the story and identity of each brand.
The feature highlights DZ Design’s portfolio across hospitality, wellness and residential design, including Amaseena at The Ritz-Carlton JBR, Sunny Wellness Spa in Sharjah Healthcare City, VEO Fitness by Emaar, Semi-Sweet in Sharjah, Gobi at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah and the newly refurbished Pullman JLT.
