DZ Design’s transformation of Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers has been featured by Design Middle East following the unveiling of the hotel’s newly redesigned lobby and public areas.
The refurbishment marks a significant milestone for Pullman JLT, which became the first hotel in the region to introduce Pullman’s newest design identity.
Designed by DZ Design, the new lobby has been transformed into a multifunctional Social Hub that moves beyond the traditional hotel arrival experience. The space now accommodates more than 40 guests, compared with approximately 12 previously, while providing areas for co-working, casual meetings, socialising and relaxation.
The design concept, “Raw Meets Refined”, combines natural textures with polished surfaces, organic forms and a desert-inspired palette. A signature coloured-glass chandelier adds warmth and movement to the double-height space.
DZ Design also placed a strong emphasis on responsible refurbishment, retaining and enhancing existing elements wherever possible.
The project demonstrates DZ Design’s approach to hospitality refurbishment, where design, functionality and sustainability come together to create spaces that respond to changing guest expectations.
